Will Malloy Nominate Robinson To CT Supreme Court?

by Ryan McKeen

Appellate Judge Richard Robinson is a Stamford man with the resume of a Supreme Court Justice.  Robinson served Assistant corporation counsel in Stamford prior to being named a Judge of the Superior Court. As Malloy looks to replace Justice Katz on the court, don’t be surprised if he looks to Judge Robinson.

It’s been pointed out to me that a Robinson appointment would leave one woman on the Court so that may cut against a potential Robinson nomination.

I’ve made my guess. Who do you think Malloy nominates?
