Whining In The Legal Profession

My favorite sports rant of all time was when Rick Pitino went off in a press conference about how the negativity in this town (Boston) sucks. It’s an all-time classic rant.

If I could figure out how to imbed video, I would. If you’re interested, I’m sure it’s on YouTube.

Recently a friend sent me a link to www.bitterlawyer.com .

Look sometimes being a lawyer is hard but such is life. Sure there are lots of pressures but they are pressures that legal training should have prepared us for. Being a lawyer is both an honor and a privilege.

Sometimes, I think lawyers whine too much.

You want a tough job, try shoveling for 40 hours a week. After about hour 3, you’ll beg for a billable hour requirement.

If Rick Pitino were to practice law, I can’t help but think he’d say that the negativity in this profession sucks.
