CT has the terrible distinction of being the only State in the country that does not toll statute of limitations for minors. This is shameful. We shouldn’t lag every other state in protecting the rights of injured children. The General Assembly should pass Senate Bill 1028.
I was a lawyer for 5 years before becoming a parent. I’ve been a parent for 4.5 years. I had a lot more time before my children were born. What I didn’t have was priorities.
