The Guardian is reporting that families of the victims of the shootings at Sandy Hook Elementary School are planning to sue Remington Outdoor Company – the makers of the Bushmaster Rifle used in the shootings. According to the Guardian, the families have the powerhouse Connecticut firm of Koskoff, Koskoff, and Bieder.
For the past two and a half years, I’ve had great difficulty using Google Chrome on the Connecticut Judicial Branch website. Last week, Chrome for Mac received a major update. It went from 32 bit to 64 bit. This evening I used Chrome on the Judicial Branch website to both view and efile pleadings. Everything worked as it should.
