Jepsen Has Experience Before The CT Supreme Court. Does Dean?

by Ryan McKeen

A quick search of google scholar reveals that George Jepsen has been “on brief” in multiple cases before the CT Supreme Court. On brief means that Jepsen worked on the brief. Often times, multiple lawyers will work on a brief and one lawyer will argue the case. This appears to be the case in the cases linked to below. Many lawyers say a case is won or lost on the briefs.

Working on a brief is litigation experience.  Here are the results of my Google scholar search:

Brown v. Soh (2006)

American Progressive v. Better Benefits (2009)

Maturo v. Maturo (2010)

Here’s what my search turned up for Martha Dean. Nothing. Maybe I’m missing something. Or the google is broken.
