Harold Reynolds In A Knock Down, Drag-Out Legal Fight With ESPN

In 2006, ESPN Baseball Analyst, Harold Reynolds sued ESPN claiming that he was wrongfully terminated after a female intern complained about what Reynolds called a “brief and innocuous” hug.

The Smoking Gun obtained a copy of Reynold’s complaint against ESPN in which Reynolds seeks at least 5 million dollars in damages.

The complaint, however is just the start of a lawsuit.

A look at the Reynolds case on the  judicial branch page reveals a case that is being fought as hard as a Red Sox v. Yankees playoff game.

From the looks of what has been filed in the case, it could be a long time before this ever gets to trial.
