I was just sorting through my comments queue and came across one from “Lawman”. I want to thank “Lawman”.
I did a quick text search and wasn’t very impressed with the results (cases that I expected to see didn’t appear).
However, at least in some form, some CT Superior Court opinions are available online for free and that’s a step in the right direction. For very selfish reasons, I’m happy that I’ll be able to discuss and link to Superior Court rulings that aren’t behind a pay wall and write about them on this site.
