State Senator Edith Prague effectively killed efforts to abolish the death penalty during this session by deciding not to support abolition language.
Senator Prague didn’t stop there:

Regardless of one’s opinion of the death penalty, this quote is an assault on the rule of law and should be condemned by members of the Connecticut Bar.
