This is what an invasion looks like. This is Phyllostachys: Giant cold hardy -15
timber bamboo, it is a destructive , noxious non-native invasive species that invades more aggressively underground each successive year. These are the culms that shoot only in May and June. These grow over one foot per day. Underground is a web of rhizomes that connect all the bamboo trees. Per us.fed.data.report one plant will travel 9.3 miles and scientifically is one organism. This is a highly unsuitable plant for a property line as it will travel and destroy assets fast.

Have you heard of Abacus Sky? It is not only web-based practice management software but uses remote desktop to put your email and other software in the cloud as well. I like it because I have access to everything from the road, not just pm software.

Recently on the news a man was pulled over for speeding in the HOV lane. As he was pulled over the cop saw that his passenger was a skeleton dressed in clothes. The fine he received was $350.00. It gave me a good laugh!
I don't believe CT needs these wasted lanes. They are always empty as the other lanes are bumper to bumper. We pay the highest gas prices as we sit in traffic like dummies staring at the HOV lane that is a complete waste of our money! Who was the idiot who thought this was going to help traffic? They could make 2 more lanes out of those HOV lanes!!

http://library.municode.com/HTML/12853/level3/PTIITOCO_CH74VE_ARTIVBA.html

We are finding the above law to be worded near perfect.
Mayor Greg Lebold of Rutledge, Penn. was kind enough to send it to help us. He has just passed this law, as he was actually suffering the damage of his neighbors invasive bamboo. ( Phyllostachys ) His neighbor replied to him - it has been there, deal with it. So he did and passed this ordinance.

Congratulations Ryan. I had a similar experience when I was selected for the Ethics Commission in my town. "Adrian, you're wearing a suit, want to be chairman?"

Happy New Year Ryan, I am amazed at the quality of your research skills; I only hope that the first runners up in all the great American beauty pagents understand the full implications of your conclusions. Good luck!
