Family Law E-Filing Coming To CT in 2012

by Ryan McKeen

The Connecticut Bar Foundation’s Technology Symposium was outstanding.

One of the benefits of attending for me was getting about a month’s worth of blogging ideas. I’ll start with a little news.

Officials from the Judicial Branch were on hand and reported that e-filing in family cases will begin in 2012.  Presently, e-filing is mandatory in non-family and non-housing civil cases.

In my opinion, the Judicial Branch has done an outstanding job implementing the new civil e-filing system.
