But how do you get the police to enfore the law. I am having problems with people parking on the handicap access aisle and blocking in my ramped van. Any suggestions? Is there a specific CT MV law which covers this?

"The sign lets a person know that if he parks in that spot without a permit he will face a fine in the amount of $116."

Ryan, I hate to quibble, but I just have to. The sign lets a person know that if said person parks in that spot without a permit, said person will face a MINIMUM fine in the amount of $116.
