Question:I have a handicap parking space and the guy who plows the snow keeps blocking me ,even though he sees the sign on my windshield .I’ve been tolerant but thought about calling the local police .Will they be able to correct this problem ? is he in violation for blocking me continously?

But how do you get the police to enfore the law. I am having problems with people parking on the handicap access aisle and blocking in my ramped van. Any suggestions? Is there a specific CT MV law which covers this?

Ryan, I hate to quibble, but I just have to. The sign lets a person know that if said person parks in that spot without a permit, said person will face a MINIMUM fine in the amount of $116.
