Here’s some gift ideas:
1 Non-Iron Shirts by Brooks Brothers. These shirts are in fact non-iron and totally awesome. The amount they save on dry cleaning is worth the price of the shirt. Plus they come in slim sizes. Many of these shirts are great with or without ties.
2. A leather portfolio. Sometimes, a brief case is too bulky. A leather portfolio is ideal for carrying small documents. A must.
3. Along the same lines. A nice brief case. Not a trial brief case but something nice.
4. A roll of quarters. Hartford and New Haven have switched to machines that use credit cards for parking. But you never know when you’re going to need to throw some change in a meter.
5. If you want to get the person a pen. Get him or her a pen with blue ink. Important legal documents such as wills and deeds are signed in blue ink.

Couldn't agree more. Brooks Brothers non-iron are the gift that keeps giving…literally. Not only do you not have to go through the trouble of the dreaded weekly trip to the cleaners but these bad boys go straight from the wash to the dryer, no clothes line needed. I recently found out they have this awesome XLA no-iron finish which creates that long lasting impression of a crisp, dry cleaned oxford. They are forever true to form and totally comfortable. No starch, no iron, no problem!
