Bloomberg Law….Really Awesome

by Ryan McKeen

A month or so ago, I wrote a post about how I’ve come to dislike westlaw. Westlaw’s interface hasn’t changed much since I first logged in as a 1L.  I find search results with Westlaw to be hit or miss.

Because of the that post, I was contacted by the people at Bloomberg Law. The representative asked me if I would be interested in giving Bloomberg Law a try.  I did.

The difference between Westlaw and Bloomberg Law is the difference between a Motorola Razr and an iPhone.

Bloomberg Law is more web 2.0. I’ve found it very easy to make Bloomberg law bring the information that I’m looking for directly to me.

The interface is slick and well designed. The menus are intuitive and the search results produce relevant case law.

I’m impressed.

Consider checking out Bloomberg Law.

Note: I’m not paid to write this. Bloomberg Law simply ask that I try their product. No one at Bloomberg Law has influenced my opinion. I would tell you if I wasn’t impressed.
