New Digs At A Connecticut Law Blog And These Aren’t Them

I’ve been playing with themes and widgets for the past few hours.

From what I understand, Word Press stopped supporting my old theme. Can’t say that I’m thrilled about that.

What I’ve done is some house keeping. I’ve tried to keep things similar to the old site while at the same time making it a little more user friendly. I know that I’ve had some problems with the Comment feature. I think this theme will help make this site more discussion friendly.

Update: It’s been a long day or so. There’s been about 5 different pages displayed. This is the default theme and not my new theme. We are working on it.

Any way to tone down the font size? It’s a bit of an overload when you first arrive on the page. And I think the green is kinda distracting, to be honest. Other than that, I’m very glad that you’ve made comments open. Now I can say all those things I wanted to!

Gideon, Thanks for the comments. I’m still working out the bugs here. I think I’ve been through several templates since I last had green.

Green gone and font toned down. I think I finally figured out how to outsmart my problem. The new page hasn’t crashed yet which is good.

Yeah, I did my theme changes myself (the theme obviously was written by someone else), but the tweaking was all me. It’s frustrating. If you’re stuck on anything, twitter me or send me an e-mail and I’ll see if I can help.
