I pulled up the docket report on Douglas Wallace’s case against sanity.

It seems that Mr. Wallace paid $141.00 to bring his suit.

He filed suit against:

• The Nevada Secretary of State
• The Nevada State Democratic Party
• Hillary Rodham Clinton

I don’t practice in Nevada but I think he forgot to name reason, common sense, and the 14th amendment to the Constitution as defendants.
