Further, all of the updates aren't due to the fact that a case was taken out of the active data base because much of the searchable information predates the CT Judicial Branch placing any kind of criminal docket information online. It's the list of active cases in CT courts and the "updates" are due to the fact a case is decided and taken out of the active data base. Much different then criminal records.
